according to telegraph A Texan court has granted an injunction against Microsoft, preventing it from selling copies of Word, its word-processing software :D

the case is about the xml handling by the ms word which is a patent infringing of a company i4i a toronto based company which is specialized in xml processing.

the judgement includes MS need to pay a $290 million to i4i :)

is MS will going to give word free ?
